Quality & Longevity
Paqa’s aim is to create special pieces relying on classic designs, high quality materials and a European, artisan-focused value chain. Choosing finishes and colours that age well physically and aesthetically is the key to long-lasting furniture for your home.
Regional & Artisan
Paqa is sources all materials from within Europe – where possible – and works with small and medium sized artisans in and around Luxembourg. This not only means short transportation routes, but also puts an emphasis on creating a local and regional value chain.
Sustainability
While each new product means greenhouse gas emissions, Paqa aims to reduce this where possible in selecting recycled materials, components with no or low emissions and by creating long-lasting products with a long life cycle. Small series numbers mean no over-production and no waste of valuable material. Through compensation contributions, each purchase of a Paqa piece is effectively climate neutral.
Paqa creates unique objects in small batch series, pairing high quality production with extravagant aesthetics. Each piece comes with a range of choices that will evolve over time and keep products alive.
Paqa focuses on a sustainable approach to contemporary furniture making: working regionally, establishing local value chains with small and medium sized artisan companies, as well as compensating and actively aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Paqa is beautiful objects of style, that are made for life.
